Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center’s Senior Life Solutions program is an intensive outpatient group therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals typically 65 and older experiencing depression or anxiety related to life changes that are often associated with aging. As Program Director, Morgan Strohl will be responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of program staff to ensure quality patient care and providing community education to create awareness of the program. As Therapist, Kimberly Reilly will be responsible for providing therapeutic services for patients utilizing group, individual, and family therapy sessions. They will focus on quality patient care and provision of services ordered by a physician. As Office & Patient Coordinator, Misty Williamson will be responsible for providing quality administrative and clerical services for the program staff and assisting Senior Life Solutions’ patients with care needs.

Morgan Strohl, Program Director, recently relocated to the Oregon coast from Philadelphia, where she built five years of experience in the medical field. Most recently, she served as a Nurse Case Manager for Caring Friends Homecare, overseeing care for older adult clients and supporting a dedicated team of caregivers. She earned her BSN from La Salle University in May 2024 and passed the NCLEX the following month. While in nursing school, she worked as a CNA, gaining hands-on experience supporting older adults with disabilities in her community. After graduation, she found her niche in community-based care, helping coordinate home care services for those who needed them. Her clinical background, combined with her empathy, will be an asset as she leads her interprofessional team towards success.

Morgan shares, “It is an honor to partner with Senior Life Solutions and lead a team of caring individuals in supporting the older adults of Bandon. Now more than ever, our communities need support, and I am confident this program will make a meaningful difference.”

Kimberly Reilly, Therapist, has 20 years of clinical experience working in the social service field, including behavioral health state initiatives in the older adult field, working as a Chaplain for Hospice, working as a Psychotherapist with adults, children, and families, and working as a School Psychologist in the public school system. Kimberly earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont, a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Antioch New England Graduate School, and an advanced graduate degree in School Psychology, from Rivier University. Most recently Kimberly has worked in private practice as a Psychotherapist, providing therapy services to adults and families in Oregon. Before that, Kimberly worked as a Psychotherapist in community mental health organizations in Southern Oregon, Northern California, and on the East Coast.

Kimberly has expressed her passion for working with under-served communities, such as older adults by stating, “Older adults carry so much wisdom within, yet our modern, fast-paced lives often overlook the many strengths that they embody. I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back to our older adult communities through programs like Senior Life Solutions, in the hopes that I may bring my clinical training and life experience, to support and nurture our older adult population to continue to grow, learn, and thrive.”

Misty Williamson, Office & Patient Coordinator, is a seasoned healthcare professional with a career spanning over 25 years. Having navigated nearly every facet of the healthcare environment — from direct patient care to high-level administrative management, bringing a rare blend of frontline clinical experience and high-level administrative oversight, Misty continues to streamline patient care and operational efficiency within the senior care sector. Prior to joining the team at Senior Life Solutions, Misty served as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for South Coast Hospice, providing essential end-of-life care and support. This role provided a profound foundation in compassionate, patient-centered care. Along with her hands-on clinical background that serves as the foundation for a diverse career that has spanned roles including Administrative Assistant, Staffing Manager and Admitting Clerk.

Misty shared, “My 25-plus years in the field have taught me that every role, whether clinical or administrative, is vital to the patient’s journey. Having worked as a caregiver and CNA, I understand the challenges of the frontline. I understand the mechanics that keep a facility running. My goal is to bridge those two worlds to provide the best possible experience for our seniors.”

Anyone can refer a patient to the program, including a physician, family member, the patient, or another healthcare professional.
