Dr. Raphael El Youssef
Dr. Youssef completed his medical training at the University of West Indies in 1999 before moving to the United States in 2004. He then interned at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He then took on a residency at OHSU in Portland, Oregon before joining the team at North Bend Medical Center. Dr. El Youssef comes to Bandon every other week to perform general surgeries for our community.
Dr. Daniel Lee
After receiving his B.S. degree from Pennsylvania State University in 2007, Dr. Lee went on to receive his M.D. degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia in 2012. After an internship at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, he completed his ophthalmology residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland in 2016. He is now part of the team at Bay Eye Clinic and practices comprehensive ophthalmology. Dr. Lee performs a wide range of procedures including cataract, glaucoma, and oculoplastic surgeries. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He comes to Bandon to perform surgeries every other week.
Shawn March, RN
Manager of Surgical Services
Shawn began his healthcare career as a paramedic/firefighter and performed as EMS Operations Manager before pursuing a nursing career. Prior to joining Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center in 2016, Shawn worked at Bay Area Hospital and Coquille Valley Hospital in the operating room. Shawn has demonstrated leadership throughout his career and will support growth in the SCHHC surgical program.
