My Care Corner – A New Portal Experience!
Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center is pleased to announce that our patients now have access to a new and improved Patient Portal called MyCareCorner.
With MyCareCorner, you have the tools you need to engage deeply with your health–anytime, anywhere.
Note: Patients must have an email address on file to access the Patient Portal. If you do not have an email on file with SCHHC, or you would like to verify the email you have on file with us, please call 541-347-2426.
How does it work?
Once we have your current email on file, we will send you an invitation.
The email you receive will be from “noreply@thrivepatientportal.com” and will contain a link to create a new patient portal account.
