Michele Winchell has been recognized for her dedication and cooperation at Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center in Bandon by being named Employee of the Month for November.
Michele started at SCHHC in July 2020 as an Administrative Coordinator in the hospital’s Quality & Risk Department. Over time, her position included additional tasks and responsibilities.
A large focus of her role supports the hospital’s Medical Staff team, including credentialing all of the hospital’s providers on the Med Staff.
Recently, Michele has transitioned to the position of Medical Staff Coordinator.
Michele was nominated because of her “very thorough job in all that she does, especially in Medical Staff services.”
