November Employees of the Month Announced

BANDON – Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center announces its clinical and non-clinical Employees of the Month for November 2025.

Employees of the Month are nominated by their peers and voted on via an anonymous poll. Awardees receive points on the hospital’s AwardCo platform, which they can redeem for merchandise or gift cards, and also receive a designated parking spot for the month.

CLINICAL:

Sri Rahayu “Ayu” McKenzie, CNA – Med-Surg Department

“Ayu adds a sweet personal touch to every patient encounter while providing top-notch care,” her nomination stated. “As she is in the patient rooms, she tidies up and always leaves their rooms organized and clean. She is careful to maintain a clean, healthy environment for her patients to rest and heal in. Ayu takes care of the patients as if they are their own family. She is nice to work alongside. She respects patients’ needs and tailors their care to them. She asks for help when it is needed and puts patient safety first. Ayu takes pride in our community as she covers our patients with love and care. She is an asset to the community as she cares for our community members. She is thoughtful of the different departments she encounters, including EVS and the dietary aides. Ayu exudes professionalism in the care she gives to the patient’s privacy and well-being. She is always on task with the care she provides. The patients appreciate Ayu’s attention to personal detail.”

NON-CLINICAL

Kiz Noble, Patient Access Specialist, Front Desk Admitting

“Kiz is an incredibly kind, compassionate, and dedicated team member who has been with us for two years,” her nomination stated. “Throughout her time here, she has consistently demonstrated an exceptional work ethic and a genuine passion for helping others. She takes great pride in their work and always go above and beyond to ensure that patients and colleagues feel supported, respected, and valued. Kiz’s warm personality and positive attitude brightens the workplace and makes a real difference every single day. Kiz embodies the values of our organization: care, professionalism, and teamwork, and is truly an asset to our team. I wholeheartedly believe she deserves to be recognized as Non-Clinical EOM for her outstanding commitment and the compassion she bring to everything she does.”
