The Southern Coos Health District will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center to hear staff reports for the month of February, to consider liability insurance renewal, review District check signing policy, review a board education proposal, and consider financing options for the Electronic Health Record and Enterprise Resource Platform project.
At 6:00 p.m. there will be an Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(c) to consider matters pertaining to the function of the medical staff of a public hospital licensed pursuant to ORS 441.015 Licensing of facilities and health maintenance organizations. No decisions shall be made in Executive Session. Open session will begin at approximately 6:30 p.m.
There will be a second Executive Session following the open meeting under ORS 192.660(2)(i) and 192.660(8) to review and evaluate the performance of an officer, employee or staff member if the person does not request an open meeting.
This regular meeting will be open to the public at 900 11th Street SE, Bandon, Oregon and available to view via the Southern Coos Hospital website at www.southerncoos.org.
