The Southern Coos Health District will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center to hear staff reports for the month of July.
At 6:00 p.m. there will be an Executive Session under 192.660(2)(c) to consider matters pertaining to the function of the medical staff of a public hospital licensed pursuant to ORS 441.015 Licensing of facilities and health maintenance organizations; under 192.660 (2)(e) to conduct deliberations with persons you have designated to negotiate real property transactions, and 162.660(2)(j) to carry on negotiations under ORS chapter 293 with private persons or businesses regarding proposed acquisition, exchange or liquidation of public investments. No decision will be made in Executive Session.
Open session will begin at approximately 6:30 p.m.
