Southern Coos Hospital is committed to providing the best healthcare to our patients. In order to best understand the healthcare needs of our residents, SCHHC regularly embarks on community health needs assessments (CHNA). Below are links to the SCHHC 2020 CHNA and the 2024 CHNA. We last participated in a Coos County-wide CHNA and CHIP (Coos County Health Improvement Plan) in 2013; the plan was updated in 2015, and again in 2020.
