Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center (SCHHC) has a full time opening for an Applications Specialist in its Information Systems department. The Application Specialist is a member of the support team for the Southern Coos Hospital and Health Center (SCHHC) Information Systems. The Application Specialist position was established for the purpose/s of building, maintaining and supporting, educating, and updating/upgrading application software to meet the technology needs of SCHHC. The Application Specialist will be a contact for vendors and SCHHC resources. The Application Specialist will ensure that each contact receives outstanding customer service by providing friendly and professional communication, a willingness to listen to customer needs, and solid product knowledge. This position will report to the Director of Information Systems.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Healthcare setting experience preferred.
